Yet Assis, agent and brother of the Flamengo man, has decided that despite playing down the rumours, he will travel to Greece this week to meet some business partners.
The player"s agent insists the trip is unrelated to the potential offer, but the timing will have done little to quash rumours.
“A trip was scheduled for December, but I could have gone the next day," said Assis to Lancenet!. “We have many friends there. Let"s face it."
“He [Ronaldinho] has a contract until 2014 and, in all honesty, we should talk about Flamengo."
