Tardelli admitted that since joining Russian side Anzhi Makhackala in March, he’s not been happy in Russia and would like to return to play Brazil, preferably Atlético MG.
Atlético president, Alexandre Kalil told ESPN Brasil, ‘today there is no chance. The chances are zero. Anzhi Makhachkala is asking for to much, more or less the same price as what they paid to Atlético.”
Another obstacle facing Tardielli’s return to Galo would be his wages. Kalil said, ‘the problem is the wages he is asking for. There outside the reality of Brazilian football. Were always open to talks, but at the moment the chances are zero.”
Altogether Tardelli played for 114 games for Atlético MG, scoring a total of 73 goals.
