The Daily Telegraph report that Beckham is keen for a ‘new challenge’ and that a move to Brazil for the twilight years of his career would interest the former England captain.

PSG are leading the chase for the 36-year-old superstar, who still hopes to make England’s squad for EURO 2012 next summer, as well as the Great Britain Olympic side.

With Brazil now awash with new money following the TV deals agreed earlier this year and looking to raise the league’s profile ahead of the 2014 World Cup, Beckham is seen as as ideal ambassador.

With the slower pace of play and Beckham’s enduring quality with the ball at his feet, it is possible a move to Brazil could extend his career by another couple of years.
