Neymar himself recently stated his desire to remain in Brazil for the time being, but speculation continues to surround his future. It is thought that Chelsea and Real Madrid are the frontrunners to secure his signature, and his agent Wagner Ribeiro believes Neymar would do well in the Spanish capital.
“If he was my son, I would want him at Madrid," Ribeiro told AS. “They are the best club in the world, they have no equal. It"s the maximum a player could want. I know their president [Florentino Perez] well, he is a serious man and a great fan [of Neymar]."
However, Ribeiro also revealed that Neymar will have plenty of options to choose from should he decide to leave Santos. “Neymar is not the best in the world as he is not playing in Europe," he added. “But, offers are not lacking."
