Significant deals include:

  • Corinthians landed a R$120 million annual deal with VaideBet.
  • Flamengo partnered with Pixbet for R$85 million.

Eighteen out of the twenty Série A teams have sponsorship deals with betting companies. Fourteen teams now feature these companies’ logos in the prime jersey spot, an increase from twelve last season. Additionally, four new betting companies have joined this season, contributing an estimated R$249 million.

Beyond team sponsorships, betting platforms are also investing in other areas:

  • Casa de Apostas secured naming rights to Arena Fonte Nova with a contract worth R$52 million over four seasons.
  • The league itself has been renamed Brasileirão Betano due to a sponsorship deal with Betano.

This influx of sponsorship from betting companies is boosting both the finances and competitiveness of Brazilian football.
