  • Eight consecutive pole positions from the German Grand Prix in 1988 to the Australian Grand Prix in 1989.
  • Seven consecutive front starts at San Marino from 1985 to 1991, a feat unmatched even after Formula 1 resumed races at Imola in 2020.
  • Twenty-four consecutive front-row starts from the German Grand Prix in 1988 to the Australian Grand Prix in 1989.

Throughout his career, Senna raced for teams such as Toleman, Lotus, McLaren, and Williams, capturing three World Championships and achieving 41 race wins. His impressive statistics include 65 pole positions, 80 podium finishes, and 614 points.

He also recorded 19 fastest laps, led 2,931 laps, and completed four Grand Chelems—securing pole, the fastest lap, and leading every lap to victory.

Even three decades later, Ayrton Senna remains a revered figure in Formula 1, his records and impact on the sport undiminished.
