Manchester United twins Rafael and Fabio could leave the club this summer, according to their agent Cassiano Pereira.

Speaking to goal.com, Pereira said: “At the moment I can say they remain in Manchester until the end of the season, but in summer it is very likely that they can go.”

Despite being linked with potential moves during this January’s transfer window, Pereira refuted: “I don’t know anything about these rumours. I think that it is just media speculation.”

The Brazilian pair have been on the books at Old Trafford since 2008 and Fabio in particular has been struggling to command a series of sustained appearances in the first team.

Although the brothers have two caps apiece for Brazil, neither is thought to be a strong contender for selection for this year’s World Cup, with Dani Alves and Marcelo believed to be frontrunners to occupy the full-back positions for Luiz Felipe Scolari’s men.
