Lazio’s Hernanes would consider a move to Ukraine heavyweights Shakhtar Donetsk according to his friend and fellow professional.
Shakhtar midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan told R-Sport that Hernanes would entertain a move to Ukraine from Lazio.
“When he moved to Lazio, I was very happy to see him there. Now he could play for any top club in the world,” he said. “At Shakhtar, why not?”
Should a move occur, Hernanes would join an already large Brazilian contingent which recently added Taison to its numbers.
However, the link is tenuous at best as Mkhitaryan admitted that he was no longer in contact with the Lazio midfielder.
