Vitória presented a club shirt to Barcelona star Lionel Messi earlier this week as they close in on the signing of his cousin Maxi Biancucchi.
A Youtube video has emerged after Regis Marques Chedid, Biancucchi’s agent, made the announcement via his Twitter account on Sunday night.
He posted: “Biancucchi will travel to Brazil on Monday to sign with Vitória.”
