The Brasileirão 2023 is coming to an end. Ahead of the final matchday, many stars from different teams are preparing to play their final minutes in the Brazilian league. One of the most talked-about cases is that of Vitor Roque, who will leave Athletico Paranaense to join Barcelona.

But perhaps the most significant situation has to do with Luis Suárez’s future. The Uruguayan striker is leaving Grêmio as an absolute hero, while Inter Miami are reportedly working to make room for him ahead of the 2024 MLS season, aiming to complete a long-awaited reunion with Lionel Messi.

Inter Miami to initiate formal talks with Luis Suárez in the coming weeks

According to reports from journalist and transfer market expert Fabrizio Romano, the Herons  determined to complete Suárez’s arrival as a free agent in the coming weeks. The South Florida team will start preseason in January.

The 36-year-old’s contract with Grêmio concludes in December, but he can already negotiate with other clubs to sign a pre-contract. Romano also claims that Inter Miami would like to offer the veteran striker a one-year contract with the option to extend the deal for another season.
