DANI ALVES BELIEVES BARCA CAN OVERTURN PSG DEFICIT
Juventus right-back Dani Alves still believes that Barcelona can get the better of Paris Saint Germain in the Champions League Round of 16, despite losing the first leg 4-0 at the Parc des Princes this week.
The ex Barca man still believes the tie is not lost, with Barca needing to score at least 5 at the Camp Nou in the second leg to progress. In an interview with SporTV, the Brazilian, who joined Juve from Barcelona last summer, declared his belief in his former team.
“It’s very difficult to reverse the disadvantage, not because of Barça, but because of the quality of the opponent. They put pressure on you and they do not let you play, but in football everything can happen, and if anyone can reverse something like that, it is Barcelona.”
Barcelona meet PSG in the second leg in Catalonia on March 8th.
