Clayton hasn’t played a game since 13th of February when Figueirense lost to Criciúma in the Catarinense Championship. Despite training twice with the first team before the game with Tombense, Clayton couldn’t play, as there was a delay in the player’s registration process. The 20-year-old is looking forward to Sunday’s derby against América-MG, and expects to start. He told TV Galo: “Glad to be registered. I couldn’t wait for this to happen, as it was already a month without playing and on Sunday I will give the best on the field to help the team to come out with the win.”
Out of the match against Tombense, Clayton took the opportunity to go to the Independência and have a different experience, as the young striker was in the stands with the Atlético supporters.
