Atlético Mineiro president Daniel Nepomuceno will sit with Levir Culpi at the right time to define the coach’s future at the club.
The president does not want to rush things, and mentioned that Levir’s stay at the club for 2015 was only agreed in December last year. Whem asked whether Levir would stay at Atlético next season, Nepomuceno praised the coach and said he would schedule a meeting to discuss the matter. He was quoted in SuperesportesMG: “Last year, we renewed on the 3rd of December. We sat down and we agreed fast. I don’t know the reason for the hurry now. Our planning has been done. Levir is a great coach. I’ll sit with him. We have already made a proposal for a while and he thought it’s best not to define it at that time. Now, let’s sit at the right time. This does not hinder our planning.”
