On Monday, Brazil FA announced the shirt numbers of their players for the upcoming 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Argentina, in Buenos Aires, and Peru, in Salvador.
Neymar, who returns to the squad after completing his four match suspension, has been given the number 10 shirt, while Orlando City playmaker Kaká, who used the same in the Barcelona star’s absence, will play with number 22. In goal, where coach Dunga hasn’t yet decided who will start in the next games, Botafogo goalkeeper Jefferson will wear the number 1. Cássio will be number 12, while Internacional’s Álisson will use 23. Santos midfielder Lucas Lima will continue with 20, and scorer against Venezuela, striker Ricardo Oliveira will be number 9.
