Juventus are finally set to capture their man as Alex Sandro undergoes a medical ahead of his move from FC Porto.
Rumours have linked Alex Sandro to Juventus for a number of weeks and yesterday sporting director Giuseppe Marotta confirmed a move was almost complete.
“We will complete the purchase of Alex Sandro from Porto. The formalization will happen tomorrow after medical visits.”
True to his word, Sandro arrived in Turin this morning and Juventus have released pictures on twitter of the 24 year old walking into the medical centre.
Sandro has played for Porto since 2011 when he moved from Santos. He has won the Primeira Liga twice during his time at the Portuguese club. The move is expected to cost Juventus €22 million with an extra €3 million in bonuses.
