Manchester United midfielder Andreas Pereira has revealed his desire for more game time at Old Trafford during the coming season.
The 19-year-old, who scored as United defeated San Jose Earthquakes 3-1 in a friendly yesterday, has made only two first team appearances for the club to date, the first in a League Cup tie and the second when he came on for the final 14 minutes of a 3-0 win over Tottenham Hotspur at Old Trafford.
But, the ex-PSV trainee is keen to have more opportunities this season, especially after his excellent form during Brazil’s run to this summer’s Under 20 World Cup final. He told Bleacher Report: “I want to get more opportunities and have the chance to play as many games as possible.”
