Despite initial reluctance Corinthians have accepted an offer, thought to be of around 1.2 million Euros from Real Betis for midfielder Petros.
The Paulista club had refused the same offer from Flamengo a month earlier but after a meeting between Fernando Garcia, Petros’ agent who owns 50% of the player’s economic rights, and Corinthians vice president Andres Sanchez it was decided to accept the offer from Betis.
