Defender Maicon could be fit for the second leg of Roma’s Europa League Round of 16 tie against Fiorentina, according to reports.
La Rupubblica claims that the Brazil international, who has been suffering with knee problems, is ready to return to training with the first-team and will be approach full fitness over the next ten days.
If he can stay on track with his recovery, then Maicon may well be ready to feature in the match with Fiorentina on 19th March, though the 4th April Serie A clash against Napoli is perhaps a more realistic target.
