Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti confirmed that he likes the performance of new signing Lucas Silva but it’s yet to know if he’ll start at the weekend.
Ancelotti confessed yesterday that he has a doubt, and that concerns the position in the midfield which has been left weak in the absences of Modrić and James Rodríguez. Lucas Silva does not convince, Illarramendi has not convinced, Khedira has one foot in the stirrup to leave. Madrid already cede a lot by picking their three luxury forwards up front to give them an advantage over the trio in the midfield, which is typically seen as inferior.
