Chelsea’s forward Diego Costa has taken full advantage of his manager’s permission to make a trip to Madrid.
The Chelsea striker dropped in on the Atlético de Madrid training session on Friday morning.
The player with dual Brazilian-Spanish nationality wanted to catch up with his former teammates at the Vicente Celderón, where he trained with Cholo Simeone’s side. Costa chatted with the current crop of ‘Rojiblancos’ and filed them in on his experiences with Chelsea.
