Courted by several groups, the doorman Fiorentina Neto comes out of contract in June 2015, leading to fears the fans of Viola departure of international goalkeeper. But according to the Gazzetta dello Sport, the leaders of the club and Neto should agree quickly on a contract extension.
A wage increase is expected to amount to 1.5 million euros a year paid to the player and a release clause of between 10 to 12 million would also have been mentioned.

The Fiorentina goalkeeper Neto’s contract ends in June 2015 and the Florence club would now be prepared to step it up financially to tie the Brazilian keeper to Fiorentina.

Neto was recently linked to Liverpool, where Brendan Rodgers is losing patience with Simon Mignolet. Other European clubs also expressed an interest in Neto, leading to fears among the Fiorentina fans that their goalkeeper might leave.

But according to Italian newspapers Gazzetta dello Sport, club and Neto should will quickly agree quickly on a contract extension. A wage increase is expected to amount to 1.5 million euros a year paid to the player, and a release clause between 10 to 12 million euros would also have been mentioned.
