Magazine France Football has released a list of Ligue 1’s highest paid players. With the riches invested in clubs like Paris Saint-Germain and Monaco, the list makes for interesting reading.
PSG dominate the list with 13 players whilst Monaco boast three.
Brazil captain Thiago Silva receives an enviable €15m a year and is second on the list behind indomitable team-mate Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Meanwhile, fellow Brazilians Maxwell and Alex also feature.
