Brazil will continue their preparations for World Cup 2014 Group A with a friendly fixture against Serbia on June 4, with the location for the match still to be decided.

The Selecao have Croatia in their pool at this summer’s tournament and Serbia will provide an insight as to how to approach that game, being a fellow baltic side.

Serbia, whose talents include Chelsea’s Nemanja Matic and Branislav Ivanovic, failed to get out of a tough qualifying group that included Belgium and Croatia themselves.

President of the Serbian FA Tomislav Karadzic has said that the game will go ahead in Sao Paulo or Rio de Janeiro, according to quotes on croatiaweek.com.

Brazil will also compete in Group A against Cameroon and Mexico later this year.
