Corinthians beat Fluminense to set up a final showdown against Santos, 30 years after the pair last met at the same stage of the Copinha.
Santos beat Atlético-MG 3-0 whilst Corinthians defeated Fluminense 2-1 to reach the final which will take place on Saturday at the Pacaembu, a repeat of the game in 1984 which Santos won 2-1.
Both teams are among the most successful in the competition with Corinthians having won eight titles and Santos in search of their third.
