Kaká insists reaching 100 goals for Milan was “the best way to start 2014.”
The 31 year-old netted a brace as the Rossoneri returned after the winter break with a 3-0 win at home to Atalanta.
Kaká admits every goal was special and is delighted to start the new year in a positive manor.
“I don’t know how to explain it,” he said, as reported by Football Italia. “I’m glad to be a part of the history of this club.
“Each goal I score is exciting. Every time I hear the fans it’s exciting – it gives me a great feeling because I know it comes from their heart.
“This was the best way to start 2014.”
Kaká returned to Milan on a free transfer from Real Madrid in September. This season he has made 16 appearances, scoring six goals.
