Seleção star, Neymar, feels that moving to Barcelona is his first chance to follow in the footsteps of his hero’s, Ronaldinho and Rivaldo.

The 21 year old joined the Catalan club from Santos in the summer of 2013 and has hit the ground running already in his first season at the Nou Camp.

Neymar has impressed many and now believes he can push on and emulate his fellow Brazilian’s success.

“Ronaldinho made history at Barca, what he did on the pitch was phenomenal,” reports the official UEFA website.

“Ronaldo chose his own way and Romario and Rivaldo were both different types of players – they all had their own style and I have mine too.

“I’d just love to achieve the greatness they did.”

In 13 appearances in Cataluña, Neymar has scored four goals.
