Brazilian striker, Muriqui, has received the best foreign player 2013 in China after a fantastic season for the player.
The striker signed for Guangzhou Evergrande in the summer of 2010 after a string of poor loan moves to four different clubs, after failing at Desportivo Brazil.
This season the 27 year old has become the top goal scorer in Chinese Champions League history, with 13 goals.
The former Vasco forward received his award at an organized awards evening on Tuesday.
