Hernanes has confirmed that he will soon return to Lazio but admitted he is unsure how long he will remain at the club.

The Brazil international has continually been linked with a move away from the Stadio Olimpico after a superb season in Italy, reportedly attracting the likes of Juventus, Inter and Manchester City.

PSG are believed to be strongly interested in Hernanes but Lazio president Claudio Lotito is extremely reticent to sell his star player and is expected to reject any offers for the 28-year-old.

However, the playmaker, who has been away from Rome following his involvement in the Confederations Cup with the Seleção, has refused to rule out a transfer.

“I’ll be going back to Lazio,” he told Globo.

“Only time will tell what happens next. However, I will soon be returning to training with the Biancocelesti.”

Hernanes, who joined the club in 2010 from São Paulo, scored 11 goals in 34 Serie A games during the 2012-13 campaign and helped the Biancocelesti secure the Coppa Italia title.
