Lazio have failed to complete the signing of Felipe Anderson from Santos, according to reports in Italy.
It had been reported that the Biancocelesti completed a move for the Brazilian midfielder earlier today, for a fee of around €7.5million.
However, several media outlets have now claimed that the deal has collapsed because paperwork did not arrive before the closure of the January transfer window.
The window in Italy closed at 18.00 GMT, with clubs only able to sell players abroad beyond that time.
Journalist Gianluca Di Marzio is among those to reveal that Lazio’s capture of the 19-year-old Brazilian is not complete.
