Oscar, 20, will join the Blues after the Olympic Games, and once more was vital to the Brazilian effort, making himself busy in the midfield.
With the game being held at Manchester United’s famous Old Trafford stadium, Oscar was asked of his feelings, replying: “I hope to get used to scoring here.”
Despite Brazil’s comfortable win, they were left with much to improve upon and relied heavily upon the individual skills of Neymar and Oscar in particular.
Thus far, Oscar has been in top-form for Brazil at the London games, having agreed to join capital-based side Chelsea the day before the tournament.
Oscar was full of praise for opponents Belarus: “Their team came very close, they scored a goal and this complicated things even more. However, the team got better in the second-half and took control of the game.”
