Reports in the English media suggest that Brazil striker Hulk is set to make a £38 million switch to Chelsea, with a deal complete barring personal terms.
Although Porto had been holding out for more, it is thought that Chelsea were the only interested party and therefore able to push down the €60 millon asking price.
Hulk, who is currently away with the Brazilian national team, will return after his country’s matches to put pen to paper on the deal and join Eden Hazard at Stamford Bridge for the coming season.
