Silva limped off in the 10th minute in Milan’s 2-1 win over Roma on Saturday, and scans have shown he has suffered an injury to the biceps femoris of the right thigh.
The Brazilian international will consequently miss the Rossoneri’s next six matches, which includes both legs of their Champions League quarter-final encounter with Barcelona.
