The 28-year-old, who has found the back of the net 4 times in 22 league appearances this season, twisted his ankle during a practice match at the Milanello sports centre on Wednesday.
The former Manchester City forward will be assessed by AC Milan’s medical staff today to determine the extent of the injury.
