According to Brazilian media outlet Lance, the West London club will come back with a second bid after already having a €30 million offer rejected at the end of last year.
Despite attracting strong interest from some of Europes biggest clubs, Lucas recently stated that his desire is to continue playing for São Paulo up until atleast the 2014 World Cup.
The 19-year old’s contract with the Paulista club runs until December 2015 and includes a €80 million buy-out clause.
