Internacional’s President, Giovanni Luigi, has admitted that talks are under way, but claims that Botafogo have yet to table a formal offer.
”Andrezinho has not been sold,” Luigi confirmed. ”We are in the early stages of negotiations and have yet to receive a formal offer.”
