After Sundays 1-1 draw against arch rivals, Vasco, Ronaldinho left the pitch with a smile on his face, talking about his plans for the future at the club.

”We got our place in Copa Libertadores and I am really happy about it. The objective was to make Flamengo play in important competitions again. It was an amazing year for me. I won the Carioca championship, I went back to the Selecao and I could give happiness to the Flamengo supporters and that was the most important thing. For me, I could end my career here,” said Ronaldinho, who has a contract with Flamengo until 2014.

It’s been widely reported that management agency, Traffic, have failed to pay a large part of Ronaldinho’s wages, but the Rubro Negro captain has no fear of a negative end in the agreement between Flamengo and Traffic.

”These are just small bureaucratic details,” minimized Ronaldinho.
