Any move would clearly be dependant on Cruzeiro avoiding relegation, but incoming President Gilvan de Pinho Tavares has admitted the club’s interest is real.
“After talking with the club, we can talk to the athlete. He is a player who has stood out in the Brasileirão and is the kind of player suited to Cruzeiro,” said the President who will assume office in late December.
