Arsene Wenger needs to reinforce his midfield due to the departure of his two best players. And if the Spurs agree to the deal, Harry Redknapp is reportedly interested in Shakhtar Donetsk Willian to replace Modric. Tottenham is reportedly preparing a £15million bid.
