“We have nothing to fear," he said. “For us it is an honour to play against one of the world"s best teams. We have high hopes for the game, and hope we can win to help us get closer to the quarter-finals.

 

“It will be a different kind of match [to Austria"s first game, against Panama]. We will have to be more defensive, but we still have our strategies to win. I am a little happy that neither Lucas Moura nor Neymar are playing!"

 

Both sides drew their opening games of the tournament in Colombia, with Brazil being held 1-1 by Egypt and Austria playing out a goalless draw against Panama. The game takes place at 21:00 tonight local time (02:00 Tuesday morning UK time).
