“To draw here is very difficult. Penarol is a dangerous team, when they play at home their fans put pressure on the other team all the time. It is a good result in regards to this,” he said to the Brazilian press.
“We had three clear chances of scoring,” he added. “But they had their chances as well, and I think the result is fair.”
Ramalho refused to believe that playing the second leg at home would be an advantage. He said that Penarol is equally strong away then at home and that “nothing is decided yet”.
