Club doctor Carlos Poisl has revealed that he believes that Nilmar will recover from injury in time to join up with the Seleção next week.

The news will be a major boost to both Inter and Dunga after the striker was stretchered off in the 37th minute following a collision with a Coritiba defender.

Nilmar was at the Beira-Rio this morning where he has been undergoing further tests as Tite hoping he will be available for Sunday’s match against Avaí.

Despite a physical performance for Coritiba last night, Nilmar is Inter’s only injury concern.

Meanwhile the club have confirmed that new signing Luis Bolaños will finally be officially presented to the media after this afternoon’s training session.

Bolaños arrived in Porto Alegre yesterday and was at the Beira-Rio to see his new team defeat Coritiba last night.
