Internacional are reportedly close to confirming the extension of the loan deal of Vitinho, who’s the top scorer of the team in the Brasileirão this season with 7 goals.
According to the information from Globo Esporte, the player has reached an agreement with the club, brokered by the agent Miguel Góes, and now awaits the approval of Russian side CSKA Moscow before ensuring the extension of the loan deal for another season. Vitinho is currently on loan at Internacional until the end of the year. Talks between the clubs are ongoing, and there is optimism on both sides.
Vitinho scored the club’s winning goal against Ponte Preta on Saturday, 42 minutes into the second half. The forward, who has 11 goals in 45 matches, was not used much by ex-coach Diego Aguirre, but came to prominence following the appointment of Argel.
