The former Sevilla man had to make way for Wilder in the second half of the game and, although the medical staff said they need time to examine him and view see the results of examinations performed today to determine the exact nature of the injury, they are not optimistic about his chances for a quick recovery.
Already injured several times this season, Luis Fabiano looks likely to be in his last few months with the Tricolor, with his contract set to expire in December no new deal apparently on the table.
