Tardelli eliminated from the AFC Champions League

There was disappointment for Diego Tardelli and Shandong Luneng earlier today as the Chinese club, managed by Brazilian Cuca, were eliminated from the Asian Champions League after suffering a heavy 4-1 defeat to South Korean outfit Jeonbuk Motors. The former Atlético Mineiro forward can, however, at least console himself with a call up to Brazil’s squad for the Copa America in Chile.
