Felipe Anderson has ended speculation about his future by signing a new bumper contract at Lazio.
The 21 year old has been linked to a host of English sides including Liverpool and both Manchester clubs.
Liverpool were particularly interested with Brendan Rodgers keen to add the Brazilian to his team alongside compatriot Philippe Coutinho.
Anderson’s new deal will see him pick up £1.25m a year until 2019. The fact that he has turned down so many English clubs to stay in Spain could be because English teams aren’t as strong on the continent as they used to be.
