Brazil’s talisman has said that he hopes his country’s bitter footballing rivals, Argentina, can win the World Cup on Sunday.
Neymar told a press conference that his Barcelona teammate, Argentina’s Lionel Messi, is worthy of the ultimate prize in football.
He said: “Messi deserves to win the World Cup.
“He’s my friend, I wish him the best.”
