Tottenham offer Gomes to CriciúmaGomes is something of a forgotten man in north London -
The Brazilian goalkeeper has found himself starved of opportunities in north London and has been offered to the club from Santa Catarina to help them in their Brasileirão campaign.
In a recent interview with Rádio Difursora, Criciúma’s director, Cláudio Gomes, confirmed that Tottenham have offered the club goalkeeper Gomes.
The 33-year-old rose to prominence with PSV Eindhoven, in Holland, where a string of brilliant appearances also saw him capped 11 times by the Seleção.
Gomes has been at Tottenham since 2008. He was loaned to German side Hoffenheim in 2013 where he made 10 appearances but has not played since then.
There is yet to be confirmation from either club with regards to the move.
