Referee Alberto Undiano Mallenco was the centre of attention following Barcelona’s 4-3 win at the Bernabeu on Sunday night.
Three penalties were awarded in the game while Sergio Ramos was dismissed for bringing down Neymar for Barcelona’s first spot kick.
Brazil international Neymar was diplomatic when asked about the referee’s performance after the match.
“I’m not going to talk about the ref. It’s water under the bridge and it’s useless now,” the left-back said.
“We must think of what went wrong today so we don’t do that again.”
