The Parisians comfortably made it into the last eight of the Champions League on Wednesday night after completing a comfortable 6-1 aggregate win over German side Bayer Leverkusen.

Already leading 4-0 from the first leg, things looked straight-forward for PSG.

After just six minutes of the second leg, however, Sidney Sam pulled an early goal back for the hosts.

Brazilian defender Marquinhos then hammered home a header from a Yohan Cabaye corner kick to restore the aggregate advantage and Lavezzi complete the scoting in the second-half.

It was only the second goal of the 19-year-old’s career and his delight showed as he wheeled away to celebrate by sliding on his knees.
