Lazio are set to open contract talks with veteran defender André Dias, according to reports.
La Gazzetta dello Sport claims that President Claudio Lotito has made securing a new deal with the 34 year-old a priority. Dias’ current agreement with the Biancocelesti expires in the summer and Lotito would be loathed to lose a vital component of his team on a free transfer.
According to Gazzetta, Dias is one of four players Lazio are hoping to hold talks with in the coming weeks. Forward Miroslav Klose, Stefano Mauri and Giuseppe Biava’s futures are also set to be discussed.
